INTRODUCTION
U.S. Electrical Motors’ warranty service philosophy is to provide our customers and product users prompt and efficient action to resolve product warranty problems at reasonable expense. In addition, we will obtain as much information as possible about the conditions and cause of the failure, thus allowing appropriate corrective actions to avoid similar future product problems. U.S. Electrical Motors’ Warranty Policy, Procedures, and Product Service Contacts must be utilized when carrying out product warranty repairs and replacements. Product Service and Warranty Administration for U.S. Motors products (and Leroy Somer products in USA and Canada) are handled out of the Division Headquarters Location in St. Louis, MO. Warranty claims are administered through authorized service stations. These stations could be utilized first in purusing a warranty or service inquiry.
